Don't use your energy for something as NON-productive as being afraid of messing up. Picture yourself succeeding! Picture your desired number on the scale. Imagine yourself having to buy smaller clothes (or having to find them in your closet!) Focus on how great you have done already! C'mon, @Alnona, you've GOT this!
