Woke at 223.8, down .2 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner. Denise and I are attending a black tie event at the National Cathedral. Not sure what will be served but I’ll bet it will be nice. UPDATE: Really nice event and dinner tonight. The 2019 Government Hall of Fame awards featured outstanding federal servants. Great dinner as well. Weighed 224.4 coming in the door after the event.
