Diario de Minda, 29 nov. 10

Well..........gained 3 pound hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. :(
Okay....Eggnog, candy.....need to up my exercise to five days a week....watch Hallmark Hall of Fame movie last night and a good friend of the family passed away....my emotions got the better of me. I almost made it through the grocery store yesterday but I allowed the eggnog images attach my will power..........ugh!
Okay, I am in control of my body.....holidays usually do this to me.
I have lost 33 pounds and I must look at one day at a time. I must conquer today before I take on tomorrow or the next month.
Knowing I can do it by losing 33 pounds so far..."I have really looked in the mirror to see the woman who was hiding there. ( past 27 yrs.) I am really getting to know and like who she is....." Pants are looking great almost ready for a new size.....I Can't Forget how far I have came since January 28, 2010. Today is a new day.....and today I will stay focus. I can conquer this very important health issue....I do like myself.
83,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
