Last week was pretty good. I stayed true to myself...walking 2 miles a day except for Sunday. Saturday, went for Breakfast with my husband and son....by the end of day....I was over by 500 calories. Sunday, had my mom over for dinner..I did not count my calories...I had a piece of chocolate cake....earlier I had a king size M&M with peanuts. Today, is a going well....I will be true to myself.
