I'm 45 and I have Familial Hypercholesterolemia.
I have had 13 heart attacks, 15 coronary stents, congestive heart failure.
I beat stage 3 esophageal cancer but still have tumors in my esophagus so I can only eat pureed food.
I used to weigh in at around 214 with a 12-15% body fat (water test).
I used to look very fit, then after cancer, I had shrunk down to just 113lbs.
This is my journey back to myself.
I still lift weights as my cardiologist recommends. Last check Bench 225, DL 245, Clean+Press 100.
