Diario de jenjabba, 24 jun. 18

Keto 4 weeks strict no cheating I've only lost 3 ponds. and feel horrible. Going to get new blood work done Monday. Something is of, and the diet is good. Pushing on, this is my lifestyle for the rest of my life.
85,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 18,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

have you gotten a better balance now on your macro's?? I know many of the wise members pointed out some area's of concern. You can also look up on any keto site for the calculator and it will show you the basic breakdown of how much fat versus protein you need for you weight and size

Are u on a calorie deficit, no matter the diet u cannot eat to many calories

@baskington yup! better and better! yesterday was almost spot on! 20 carbs, I did like you, cream in coffee ☕ 😜 then dinner, and a snack a few hours later to get my calories up from 1000. my blood pressure is frickin amazing in keto! hasn't been this good in 15 years!!! so.. getting thyroid panel Monday, checking cortisol yada yada.. vit D often runs very low and I forgot to get more so that's on today's list. thanks. my body will fat adapt!

Blood work is a great way to start. It is very frustrating when the scale is stuck. Sometimes I need to take a breath and remind myself I am doing this for better health, like you are. Keep us posted!! xo

Sometimes with Keto you have to cheat to restart. Keto is great but definitely one of the most annoying diets out there lol

Please remember to supplement salt. When eating keto / low carb, the kidneys shed salt. Can cause you to be light-headed, dizzy, headache-y and constipated. A cup or two of salty broth, bouillon or bone broth will help.

Also, during weight loss with keto, your triglycerides and cholesterol test results may seem to trend the wrong way, especially during the first 3 to 6 months.

Gz9gjg you are correct ! I add light salt that is potassium and sodium, mag, multi, vit B, Vit D, water😂💦 no restrictions on salt and my triglycerides are of no concern to me, always decent. I've felt like this for years unfortunately. I just hoped it would go away with keto. I actually love the diet/lifestyle and have no prob sticking to it. Especially since my BP IS TOTALLY AWESOME now! 135/90+ to 1
