You have a great attitude! No giving up! I am learning to measure NSV like inches lost. To me this is more important than weight. I have a trainer at my gym who is about 5’3” she told me she started a year and ago at 170 and size 14. She is now us a size 6 and still weighs almost 160. I keep this in mind when my scale isn’t moving much and it helps to keep me motivated.
