Diario de Minda, 10 jun. 10

I am not able to exercise for over a week because of knee injury. Hopefully soon. Wednesday 6/9 was not a good day...I have been stressed about my knee and the cookies and jolly ranchers thought they would help. But today I am staying true to myself....with a knee problem I must continue to lose weight. I have 3 more pounds to reach my first goal of 25 pounds. My overall goal 65 pounds.
87,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
