Diario de Katsolo, 13 jun. 21

5:43AM weight on a Sunday morning with a roll out of bed and into the car for an early morning airport run. Was going to come home and go back to bed, but I'm awake at this point, so might as well get some stuff done. Already had two cups of coffee and breakfast, so we'll stick with this weight for the day. Muscle way up, blob up slightly, all meaningless, but fun. Good example of how the scale can be a complete and utter mind#### from day to day if you aren't used to watching it change.

Cleaning house this morning, BF and I will do something later and then I'll get a swim and a dog walk in. It's funny, only the Toller is hanging out with me this early morning. The shepherds have gone back to bed. They have noted that they are concerned with my very erratic behavior this past weekend, leaving them for hours and then getting up and leaving super early when we should all be sleeping. So glad I don't have to return to an office.

Alright, time for coffee number three and I may allow myself four this morning. I finally figured out how to reheat a frozen croissant - only had half, but so delicious on the run. Things are feeling at little upside down this morning...
