Sometimes you just gotta wait. That's why I don't post my weight every day, because I'm waiting. And when I am eating way less than typical I am not a "once a day" person, sometimes "once every three or so days". Calm is good is you are desperate. It's in a powder form, mix with warm water. It's magnesium citrate.

Thanks...I'm have calm and I am on Linzess. I try not to do either until I have no "bloating"😂 choice. Linzess won out last night & I'm still working on the clean out😁🚽😱
