Rowed last night instead of swimming. Was good switch up. Also took dogs for the shorter walk. Tried to get them to go further, but big guy wasn't having it. Might have been because it was hot.

Blob down, water and muscle up. Rowing session was steady session. interesting change up. liked it, but didn't feel the exhaustion factor I was looking for to go to bed.
