Everything down but the blob.

I did swim yesterday and got my butt kicked. it's been more than two weeks and boy, did I feel it. 803 strokes, 19 minutes in peak, average heart rate 153, but only 10 METs because I did three sets instead of straight through. because breathing is a thing some days. last swim before that was 08/06 because life is what it is and there are priorities.
