Diario de jenjabba, 16 oct. 23

Year to date I've lost 72 lbs. I'm not done but i feel like I'm in the home stretch.
Sadly, this wasn't very good. I cooked up the brisket with some cheese and Greek yogurt. I added some onions and garlic powder. I thought I could save it. maybe tomorrow I'll have a good burger or get a good steak or not? BTW, here is info about intermittent fasting. Yesterday, I had negative comments on my journal. Of course, their profiles were hidden. Just move on if this way is not for you. YOU DO YOU, I'll do me. Here's the article:

I found I accidentally intermediately fast... it's a technicality I don't eat past a certain time because typically I'm just done cooking and I'm doing other things for the day and then I don't eat as you know because of work and being busy. So I'm not doing it for weight loss in my case but I found that it just happens because of my schedule. for weight loss but I found a positive of fasting even for small amounts of time like I do typically about 12-14ish hours is increased digestion. As you know before I have commented that I don't digest meat well particularly red meat, but I find when I do have longer periods of time between eating that I do better. I'm not sure why this would be but I've had this happen long enough to know that there is a direct correlation between fasting and being able to eat more complex proteins kind of fun observation, huh? Sorry if I my sentences are little jumbled today I'm having a bit of brain fog and am using talk to text function more to post then usual.

Oh yes, people who make rude comments always hide, don't they? But you can report them & they can get banned. Click on their name, then scroll down to the bottom of the page ( on the website) & click on Report Abuse.
