Diario de rnbigguy, 07 sep. 11

OK so I fell off for a while. I was stagnant and I allowed myself to deviate. Hopefully the deviation pattern and a return to accountability will allow me to regain focus and contine the healthy trend again. I know my body like the 270's but I do not.
122,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 48,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 18,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Just being able to recognise where you've gone wrong and coming back here to reassess where you're at shows you're ready to continue the journey. Sometimes I think we need a wee timeout to have a look at where we've been and where we're going anyway, so welcome back and good luck with continuing the great progress you've already made!
