Weight is dropping slowly, but the tale of the tape is SO encouraging! Since last measurement on 5-21, , I'm down 2.5" in the bust, 1.5"- waist and 2.5"- hips.
Tomorrow is the 2 month mark on this journey, and I'm very happy with the new lifestyle I've chosen. My body is comfortable with my IF schedule of 22/2, and boy, does it save clean-up time in the kitchen! LOL
For the first time since I was 6, this confirmed "Foodie" is able to see food as fuel instead of a "raison d'etre". Oddly, that may be the biggest hurdle in this journey. A part of me is mourning the space that filled in my life.
It won't take long, though, for me to find another hobby/obsession to fill the gap.
