Tough day. Still reeling from the sudden loss of one of my fur-babies. I just couldn't get motivated to do anything but try to distract myself from his last hours. I know it will get easier, so I'm babying myself a little now. I started doing resistance band workouts, and now I have sore muscles. The good kind of sore, though. I'm glad I have a busy schedule at work today.It will keep me moving, and take my mind off the sadness.
