Diario de mskestrela, 10 jul. 16

Good Sunday morning, FS friends! I'm only recording weigh-ins once a week, but I do weigh daily. I've bounced up and down all week, but the trend is steadily lower. I haven't been super conscientious about IF, and I've noticed some little cravings creeping in. I had to go to work an hour early yesterday, so I stopped at Waffle House on the way home around noon to treat myself to someone else's cooking. It's boring cooking for one, y'all!! Talk about walking into the den of temptation! I came SO close to ordering hash browns to go with my bacon, sausage and eggs. I had to really muster the will power to say no. But, I did it. and I feel really good about that.
I had to consign several more articles of clothing to the donation bag. One pair of pants I tried on yesterday had over 4" to spare in the waist! The last time I wore them, they were tight, and left a red mark around my waist. WOOT!
Today feels like a 'get stuff done' day. I think I'll rearrange the living room furniture.
