A "new" low today! After last week's hell-o at work, what a nice surprise. I was worried as I made myself sick last weekend eating irregularly and, quite frankly, making myself sick enough that I considered the ER at one point. Needless to say, I pulled through and made it. Lessons for myself - don't skip meals - veggies (esp fibrous) as soooooooo important to my well-being and no project at work is worth it if it's making you sick. Yogurt, psyllium, raw oatmeal. Luv ya. And yes, there are carbs, but it's better than the alternative.
73,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
