Diario de chesgreen, 21 jun. 18

My behaviors are changing and THIS is what I need more of:
-I am sticking to my commitment I made in my June 13th journal entry "to do my best" to log weight on FS M - F. [[ I've logged on 6/13, 6/18, 6/20 ]]
-I have logged my food entries for the last 16 days to the best of my knowledge.
-I have prepared and brought into the office my lunch for the 2nd day in a row. The dinner for tonight is already waiting the fridge for me to enjoy it slowly tonight preceded by a ride on the BEAST and the watering of the plants and veggies in my yard.

The are positive behaviors I need to continue and only tweak when things are not going in the correct direction. Processed garbage carbs, stay the hell out of my way!

It sounds like you're moving in the right direction. Taking your lunch to work has the added by-product of saving you money! Consider making a goal for yourself with all those saved $$$.

Mine usually come around on the 3rd day of a new program, a new way of thinking and he needs to stand down.
