was very good today .. I was out shopping with my eldest granddaughter in Torquay and we went into a cafe for lunch. Everything on the menu seemed to be coated in either pastry or breadcrumbs or a rich sauce and came with either chips or rice. As I'm on the me to diet I'm cutting out carbs so in the end I chose an omelette with a small side salad. when it arrived it had a huge pile of very crispy yummy looking chips with it as well!! I managed to resist and not touch them. very pleased with myself.
