Fewer calories of whatever one eats is better than more of the stuff that is bad for you, in my opinion - takes a long time to retrain habits and reducing calories is the first step!

Come on, I consistently post whole meals and fruit 🍉. I also mention weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ and dumbbells 💪🏼. I post pictures of me walking in my neighborhood with my son. I am heathy, regardless of the fact that I eat a treat once a day

Rosio, I completely get what this post is saying. When I see someone post something that I don't understand or agree with, I do 2 things. 1) check their profile to see read their story. 2) check previous posts to get the big picture of their WOE . If I still don't get it, I continue to research online. You do post healthy meals, but even if all you post are pictures of your treats, that would still be fine, because that works for you. 😊

Thank you guys for your support. sometimes these nagging comments (these more than once, {it’s actually been weeks this particular lady has commented}and the same people 🙃) thank you your comments remind me the second reason of why I post ☺️
