You seem like such a positive guy Mike. I'm sorry you're feeling down today. You'll be able to get outside more now that the cooler weather is coming. That lifts my spirits for sure.

Cheer up, I know sometimes it's hard to be cheerful in a very hot climate, we get very hot weather all the time in Florida. Thankfully we are getting evening thunderstorms now!!☺☺☺☺, he's my dry joke for for Florida, we have 2 seasons hot and hotter. I will be happy to leave the state in 2yrs and 10 months once I get my 39yrs in with current job. Keep your chin up, I am praying for happy changes for you!!!☺☺☺🙄☺

What is it that Forrest's mother told him, "Life is like a box of chocolates...?" "you never know what you'll get next". Cheer up, Mike. time to get the endorphins up again. Take a spin on your bike.

Thanks to everyone...seems like sundays are my down day...not sure why..a lot on my mind today..stuff that eventually will happen..I can't change it...when your younger...you only think so far ahead...as you get older...you see things differently....guess that's bothering me...I see things differently then I once did...my eyes are more open...but I'm slowly losing my vision...I see things differently then some and yet always 2 sides to a problem...

Maybe get a journal.. scribble down 2 or3 things every day that make you smile or feel happy or amuse you or that you’re grateful for.. then you can read them back on days you feel down? My health started to fail before I was 30, with my condition it’s jyst a case of what’s next..I’m under Physio x 2, hand clinic, pain clinic, neurology, cardiology, gynae and rheumatologist.. So I decided a long time ago not to worry about what I can’t change.. it’s wasted effort and concentrate on what I can achieve.. works for me 😉.. big hugs buddy 🤗🤗

Better today...I guess the days I'm down are the days I think more about what I can't change...and I know...don't do any good to worry about what I can't change...have to live for today...tomorrow might be to late...

MY Dad used to sing an old tune, "Life is Like a Mountain Railway"....I think of the tune when I get to worrying about the future...some will be good..some will not be good....
