first meal of the day 454 calories 😋😋, I am going to eat more but I still need to eat real food, I have been eating too much sweets, maybe it's the reason I am tired 😶

That’s so good! That’s not even a whole donut! 👏👏 when I use to buy Entamins, I’d eat at least 2 which was almost 600 calories (I think).

Yes, the regular donuts has less calories but I like all or nothing haha, lately I have been eating a lot of donuts, strawberry pie, pan dulce and fried foods, probably I did lose weight but I am retaining water, I am eating pretty good today 🤗

I think my eating sweets and other junk lately is making me tired as well - that meal looks healthy and delicious! I'm going to follow your lead and go back to eating healthier!

nickeit the thing is , if you are eating too little calories you don't have to eat to much sweet breads haha , I am going to eat as healthier as possible and still a little bit of sweets 😁

Tigretexano that is true, this year I have been losing the same weight I lost last year( October, November and December ) too much food everywhere 🤤🤐😣, but now I am more focused with my new lifestyle. 😏
