5:2 diet means you eat 500-800 calories two days of the week, and you eat more the rest of the week (I eat those calories on the weekends)

Ahh, gotcha. I jockey around my calories, too. Have a couple maintenance level days, couple lower days, and the rest around 1300 calories.
