ugh...had a terrible day yesterday. craved donuts n pizza..so I ate them! Blaming hubby for having them in house..lol. Wasnt feeling well, all I wanted was sugar.
64,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I have treats all day everyday and I use self control to not eat them. I see the chewy cookies n I say “I have goals” 😏🙌🏼

I eat clean 99% of time and workout 6 days a week. . Just was feeling ill n that is when I give in...

Sugar and carbs have addictive properties. I always allow room for a little treat, if I need it. Count it, track it, and move on with your life. ❤️

even when you're not on a restricted diet, you can fall into a binge sometimes. a non restrictive diet is not fool proof. we are human and sometimes we over eat. just get back on track and move forward!
