Going to reorganize yet again to hit the 10,000 steps a day and the 1200 calories a day that I was doing 2 years ago when I lost weight steadily from my highest weight to the 150's. I did weigh myself this morning and I am down to what I was pre-vacation, but I am going to get through the weekend first before I record anything. Keeping the weigh-ins steady makes my life better, I have found. Dancing tomorrow and Sunday, cleaning and paperwork tonight - I finally figured out a major error in my accounting so that will be fixed later. Not calling in the boonies tomorrow so I am free to visit my friends. Got a farm share yesterday, so I am roasting veggies tonight, making up some freezable things. Brussel sprouts, beets, rutabaga, peppers of all different shapes and colors. And lots of apples. Happy Friday!
