I'm headed toward Free Parking and hoping to buy a railroad. But yes, portions and control matter more then 'I fasted and only had water for 10 straight days but I stop losing weight'...or something like that usually places someone back at Go and you pay $200 for books and potions and whatnot.

portion control is 90% of it for me. Now since I have been doing this for over a year plates of food that aren't my plate look huge! and it also a nicer feeling to not overeat. I am eating low carb and primarily whole foods (I have lots of food allergies) so I have to recognize what I eat. :) I have been at a plateau for a while but now I am on the down swing again so I am 7 lbs from my goal! Go Me!
