i'm trying to incorporate more dietary fiber into my diet but can't seem to find relatively healthy options!
anyone have any suggestions?

Lentils, most beans (including green), Corn, Oats ( I prefer steel cut), spinach, Kale, apples, pears.... once in a while baby potato with peel eaten (must watch starches hence I state tiny ones on occasion. These are most I stick too, sure there are others but can't recall. Hope this helps...! ;)

Peas, broccoli, figs, berries, and whole grain foods are just a few. If you are Keto, try Carb Choppers, found with the tortillas.

Avacado and chia seeds are great sources of fiber!

La Tortilla Factory low carb whole wheat tortillas have 8g of fiber and taste pretty decent. Adzuki beans have 13g fiber and are fairly versatile. Mung beans are fairly high, too, I want to say 11g per serving, but don’t quote me on that one.

Overnight oats. Beans. Switch any bread to whole grains. Berries.

I use a serving of all-bran every morning blended with one cup of frozen greens and a cup of tomato juice add some lime juice and a little cold water in a green smoothie, has 12 grams of fiber and tastes ok. I use a bullet to blend it up.

metamucil is awesome. helps with cholesterol and blood sugar as well. I'm 30 always used since late teens to keep myself full when on diets and just more regular in general.
