Poor puppy! Cone of shame 🙁

Thanks for asking. No shame at all. Unfortunately, she, my wife and our other dog, were attacked by two dogs that broke free fron their walker. Fortunately my wife was ok, and our big one (looks like a white wolf) are fine. The little one, Lilly, got hurt pretty badly with multiple deep lacerations to her neck and chest. She had three drains after surgery. The cone was to keep her from licking her wounds. She's recovering nicely. Drains came out last week, cone came off last night. We feel really lucky that she's ok. The dog walker got hurt, and apparently our other dog did some damage to one of the attackers. Hopefully the owners will train their dogs "not" to attack in the future.

I’m so sorry to hear this, that’s awful! Glad this sweet baby is recovering and your wife and other pup are okay. That must have been so scary for all of them!!
