Our son took us to a favorite steak restaurant on Sunday. I ordered a ribeye steak and got ... leather. I decided not to send it back. While it was horrible I ate about 1/4 of it (4 oz). Yesterday, I was at 154.4. Salt I suspect. Perhaps from the 2 peanuts I ate...

Anyway, back to my lifestyle changes yesterday and back down. Whew.

This a.m. 2 farm fresh brown eggs, 2 pcs of Sara Lee Dieter's whole wheat with less than a tsp of butter for the toast. Good amount of protein to maintain me until my Slimfast or maybe some healthy meatloaf. Whichever comes first.
