This was sooooo good! Marinated the chicken overnight, then baked it with the sauce. Sir-fried the veggies in sesame oil. I’d never toasted sesame seeds before, either, but they added just the right burst of flavor!

Looks great, Laraae! I love the smokiness of sesame oil. I can only guess that toasted sesame seeds adds a similar touch of flavor. Think I will try this one day. What did you use for the marinade?

Thanks! I used Iron Chef Garlic Sesame sauce/glaze. It has a slight “kick” to it, too. 😊🎈

So I’m not behind! Okay. Then I’m still gonna do one A—G, and it almost certainly will be “G” for Greece! I still can’t believe we were there in May. What a beautiful country, and the people we met were so friendly and enthusiastic and genuinely kind. They made us feel like we were guests coming to their homes instead of like nameless tourists or crabby Americans. Maybe some day we’ll get there again... 🥰💜🇬🇷
