So yesterday I ate clean and I literally can’t do that everyday IT IS TOO MUCH FOOD and it’s 400-600 calorie deficit. Omg imagine if I try to eat 2200 calories of clean food. 🤮 I feel so full and uncomfortable 😣 It’s about feeling my best and eating 1700 calories of clean food does not have be feeling my best 🙃 Im either eating a donut this morning or fasting, we shall see 👀
