Added more exercise + the weights, only change.

An unexpected loss.

Had today, 2 eggs, 2 pcs of high fiber, low cal toast with smidge of butter.
Not sure what dinner will be... possibly if any leftover baked chicken will go that route, and a protein/berry smoothie for dinner which serves as dessert.
