Planning ahead. I have seen some other members here dropping weight like crazy and I am inspired to really clean up my eating. Not gonna lie, the peppermint patties are a temptation and I though I could resist but I cannot so they will go to the Sharing Table in my office. No-bread November is a mindfulness exercise and planning meals is a great way to keep what I am eating in my mind.

Picture: This is a drawbridge open for inspection at night - I had to work 9 pm to 5 am that night which is not usual.

Made spaghetti squash and also quiches with mushrooms and spinach. Advancing food prep! Bought a roasted chicken but I won't get one at the same store, this one was bordering on disgusting.
