I'm back! We did so much dancing we didn't have time to eat! Great time in Saratoga Springs, NY. I don't think I gained any weight so that is good.
Boyfriend has started a strict diet so I will be a little better on track for a while I hope - Good time to get to the Rapid Fat loss Diet by Lyle MacDonald that I sorta started and didn't stick to. If I could get to 2 pounds a week losses, I would be ecstatic but let's see if I can just get through the week staying under 1000 calories a day. The 1000 covers what I burn in a day and then any exercise will be the calorie deficit generally. It's maths but it seems to be working. I got the vitamins lined up and will cook tonight to do meal prep. Maybe I will even go shopping. Still looking for fatfree cheeses which are recommended.
