Rosio. You are right! I too have always done what you’ve taught. I’ve eaten ice cream, chips, cookies etc., all while losing weight and building muscle. I think those who cut it out, reach their goal, and then start eating it, are more likely to be the ones to regain it all, plus some. Food has to be controlled, not forsaken. I stand by this 100%

Acomandor, it appears you're trying to stir the pot. I'm the only one on this whole post that said go for it and indulge. Nobody else had any kind remark and I don't look at that as a negative. I don't even like ice cream. I could eat anything my whole entire life, anyting and still be a toothpick. I never restricted myself from anything and I still don't. If I want it I eat it. Thing is, I don't want it. It's not that I am depriving myself, it is that I don't want to put sugar in my body. It has nothing to do with portion control. I control all my portions, every day. I've got very good self control. I fast and IF. I am not knocking Rosio. That is entirely her business what she eats. Shame on you for ranting. If you do not like what someone writes you stay off her post.
