I've been doing pretty good with the binge eating the last few days. I am using a technique called "Urge Surfing". When you feel you want to stuff your face you sit with it and "watch" the thoughts and feelings roll across your mind without judgement. You can google this if you want to try it. Sometimes I journal while I am doing it to get the thoughts and feelings out. The idea is to allow the feelings to pass and then the urge to binge will fade. It actually works but it's very uncomfortable because obviously you are sitting with thoughts and emotions that you want to avoid, which is where the binge eating comes in.
I decided not to weigh myself until April 30. I am trying to lose 5.5 more pounds, which at my weight is very doable. It will be like on 600 pound life - the little dashes spinning around until like a slot machine the weight appears. LOL Well, not that dramatic. Maybe it's not a good idea, if I don't make weight, I won't be too happy. Normally I weigh every day and obsess over it so that's why I'm trying something new out.
