For the past few weeks I've come off my keto diet; eating a lot of carbs, including wine and beer. The scale tells the tale. Two years of food monitoring and weight loss erased in a few weeks! Today is the first day of my re-commitment to get back on my program. This week, I'll work on >100g. carbs/day, following which I'll go down to 50. My left hip is causing me pain, and will curtail my pickleball playing. In the queue for a hip x-ray.
