Not sad about this at all. Haven’t weighed in in a couple weeks- I was maintaining and hovering about 3lbs heavier than this. I had about a 3lb woosh over night last night. Going to log weigh ins more consistently again. It helps to keep me on track. Let’s get it💪🏼

You are doing so well! I waffle back and forth with if I want to record here daily. I don't "want to" but where I am mentally right now, it helps me keep accountable. Whatever works for you is great, and you are doing great!

Thanks dp🥰, Melissa- yeah I had ALWAYS weighed in every single day, but a couple weeks ago I decided I’d stop logging and stop recording my weight and see if I could still maintain. I was able to maintain- but I am in a better head space when kept accountable And logging my weigh ins🤗 thanks for all your support friends!💜
