Hi all - Just got back from vacation and I pretty much stayed the same weight as before vacation. I stuck to my diet for the most part. Ate some chips twice but otherwise eggs, bacon, hamburger, salad. Went to this Italian diner and had a "meatball omelette" which sounds weird but it was good. Last night thru tomorrow is a 42 hour fast. Have a great day!
