Equipement used today, minus trx n eliptical. Did arms(used bandsfor bicep n tricep curls) and legs.( trx 1 leg squats, box jumps, squats, lunges,leg lifts, hip thrusters) I also did abs. Used kettle bell while doing deep squats and deadlifts.

How are you feeling? Neck and shoulder getting back to normal? Maybe I've missed an update. I'm glad you are able to work out!

@Melissa, I didn't post anymore about it cuz I felt bad complaining about my aches n pains..but..since you asked..(lol💜) I am beginning to feel better. The shoulder is still sore and neck has some mobility.. I can turn about 1/3 of the way. I am doing modified workouts, mostly bands and light (7.5 lbs) weights. Finished steroids and quit taking flexerall. I don't like how it makes me feel. Thank u for asking and I hope things are better at your house. I've been praying!
