Didn't weigh this morning. Broke my 3rd fast for the week after 18 hours. It's hard (for me) to do 3 in one week. I felt too hungry this morning and I was getting crabby so I stopped. I've been only wanting to do 36 hour fasts and this one was going to be a 42 hour which is too long for me right now. No big deal, I will start again on Sunday. I'm traveling to my Dad's this weekend and seeing my sister. We are going to some kind of car race where they race stock cars on a dirt track. I have to make sure I stick to my eating plan b/c no way I am going above 300 again!! Have a nice weekend everyone!
