Hubbie dropped our extremely old (they were a wedding present 28 years ago but he refuses to get new ones!) electronic weighing scales yesterday ... I have never really trusted the readings but at least they've been consistent.! I haven't altered my diet this week at all and have increased my exercise and i am wearing a pair of my old jeans that I haven't fitted into for nearly 2 years! He even remarked i was looking slimmer!! ... so maybe his dropping them has upset the calibration?? or maybe I've just somehow gained weight 🤔 🤷 😅 😕 😏 🙃
129,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 64,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
