Great start to the week and I didn't have to modify anything:

Also did 9200 steps yesterday. Didn't manage the 1700 average daily calories I was aiming for, but I feel good about 1760. I'll just try again this week - starting today.

Devika.R - I don't follow an eating plan. I am vegetarian and only trying to keep my fibre intake over 25g and protein above or around 65g - otherwise I eat what I like as long as it's all accurately weighed and logged on my food diary. I do calorie cycling so I try to keep my daily average around 1400 calories for the first part of the week so I have more calories for the weekend. And then I aim for a certain amount over the total 7 days. I usually work on 'goal weight in pounds x 12' for the amount of calories to aim for. All the best!

Thank u I stress over my calories VS my carbs sometines I'm in my calories for the day but my carbs are high n I feel this will cause me to gain
