fitbit. I move so much some days it counts it automatically as a walk when my hr is up enough.  

Heb. Does Fitbit count hard labor? I’m a nurse and I lift and push a lot of things.  

It tracks heart rate. So anytime it's up it logs it. Not sure how accurate it tracks hard labor. I run the maintenance department for a 26k SQ ft church. It logged like 3200.average daily output last week which was no gym time. Just work. Ladders tables and chairs mowing and weed eating. Slightly similar heavy lifting. Not as heavy as the nursing home though. Fighting with Alzheimer's patients. Lol. It's a place to start maybe?

Check eBay for return units. I got a blaze for like $40. Granted it's an old model but they still support them. The new ones are 150. But I also know people like little mermee that love the apple watch. Jheeden uses that too I believe. Look around. I'm sure you'll find something that suits your needs.  

That's supposed to say refurbished units. Ugh.

I have a fitness watch/ tracker I got on Amazon. There are tons of trackers on there. Most will track calories

Awww thx fritzy your the best.. 💓💓🤗 I used to be a nurse. RN for 10 years. Before that I was an army medic then a first responder.. I volunteer here with our local emergence response team for our community if needed.

Nahhhh not to hard. I think they all can be misleading. If your not careful it will read and count your arm movements. So if I'm sanding or painting cabinets I sometimes get a higher reading if that makes sense.. 

Yes dear I was an RN for 10 years. I did ER, and renal metabolic then geriatric. I guess that last one burned me out. Lol
