Track Day done. 5 X 100. Fasted. Plan was 4, but it was just me and soccer girl out there in the midday heat, so you know.... 5 is one more... First sprints since 2018 Cut. Pretty sure those were the first (and last) in a minute as well.

No speed. No hammy strain. No stroke. No heart attack. Ima call that a win.

House is at peace. Sun's out. Time to roast.
