What a beautiful day in the neighborhood….

All these cooler mornings….I’m getting lazy…slept thru my normal workout time….but….gonna make time to limber up the legs shortly….need to wake them endorphins up…get my morning rush….

Must of been tired last night…slept thru all the fireworks going off in neighborhood….I’m thinking the bicep curls right before bedtime is getting me all relaxed once I hit the pillow…was a fantastic sleep last night…

Have a fantastic positive day…time to get moving…

Got my ride ..its no longer about how fast i can go...its about watching heart monitor to see how low i can keep heart rate...
