I have been really busy and not eating a healthy diet lately. I normally eat 3 large meals a day. I am not trying to lose the weight fast. Yes it was a nice weigh in, but, I do not own a scale and have to wait till I am at a home that has one. I do eat a very high fat diet. I feel absolutely wonderful when I follow it right.
