More Food + More Rest + Less Lifting = Better Progress. Go figure.

Foots a little better. May try to run a little this weekend. Asked the super runner neighbors about it. Their answer... accupuncture. All the local distance runners apparently use this one dude who has healing super powers. These appear to be rational people and the distance running community is chock full of ex-military. So who knows.
