Crunch: 6X220; Down 1; Missed 2
Wide PullUp: 9XBW; Up 1; On Target

Found the timing sweet spot to get in and out timely on Mondays. Consequently squatting with the metal, spit and cuss crew again. I aspire to knock back PRs with "unemotional" reps, but am not there. Def made some noise and some salty language may have been involved. The boys heartily approved. Regardless, the bar moveth. Haven't seen this kinda weight on the bar since....

Holy shit! Had to look it up and just realized that I'm only 3 reps shy of my PR, set in 2017. Fuck Yeah! Ima get me 3 wheels here before I'm done with this little run... There. I said it.

Back to eating at home this week for better control. Pound of sirloin, yam with sour cream, creamed spinach, and giant roasted red onion. Stuffed at 1,000 calories. Working up a worthy dessert course to close the gap...
